training needs direct with the trainer no 3rd party charges
• Chris Shankland is also a certified farrier and dentist for
you convenience right on the farm
Assisting our breeding team is Park Equine who will come to the
farm to inseminate all mares bred to our stallion as well as any
other mares bred to outside stallions. Also taking care of all the
paper work associated with KYQH BIF program. Years of experience
in the breeding world comes with this team. Weather you breed to
our stallion or an outside stallion we can get the job done.
Let your
foals grow up on gorgeous KY pasture, and we will work with you
on the breeding, foaling, weanling hands on, next colt breaking,
right up to showing your horse or prospect when ready. We can also
assist with the selling of broodmares, foals and prospects.
Joining our us is Shankland Farms and Trainer Chris Shankland and
Instuctor Gennessa Eaton of Shankland Farms. Chris is an certified
Equine Dentist and Farrier and is available for you to contact on
your own for any breaking and training, along with dental and farrier
needs. Gennessa will be starting up a lesson program in the near
future and later on camp with both Western and English Stock.
We have pleasure, hunter and versatility foals out of the breeding
of and by Hunting For Chocolate, Hot Diggity Joe, Good Bar Wrapper,
Repeated In Red , Hotroddin Jetset, Bay Badger Tivio, Chocolua,
Dynamic Deluxe, Zips Chocolate Chip, Zippo A Ward, and appaloosa's
like The Hunter , Awarded, Hottroddin Zippo, Barrel horses with
the breeding of Bold Ruler, Red Eye Express, Bugs Alive In 75, Packin
Six, Streakin Sixes, On The Money Red, Hot Colours, Undertaker Billy,
Howie Dinky Time ,Belmont Stakes Winners Pleasant Colony and Conquistador
Cielo and our Verily Six Bugs some are KYQH BIF or WPRA PESI program

of America mares we have shown ourselves, by The Hunter, Treasured
Indian, Awarded, Hottroddin Zippo
We believe
showing QH with a KYQH BIF prospect pays all the way around the
stallion owner, the breeder who nominates the prospect along with
the person showing the horse and putting on the points, it is a
all around money maker. You can still do NSBA and futurities with
your pleasure prospects, all the big Pleasure shows Like the Reichert
Celebration and Just for Pleasure, Congress and World shows and
still make KYQH BIF money. Some of our stock for sale is in the
KYQH BIF program. We will stand a son of Verily Six Bugs in KY for
the 2012 breeding Season along with a stallion prospect by Huntin
for Chocolate out of a Hot Diggity Joe Mare. Look for these colts
to show in 2012. More info to come soon on these two prospects.
Speed events
NBHA, NPBA, IBRA futurities and rodeos, and still do QH for the
KYQH BIF money. Also all our Verily Six Bugs foals are in the WPRA
PESI program. Don't forget the QH racing now bigger than every in
KY and the racing commission doing all it can to keep it that way.
This is a group project that has gotten all disciplines and all
breeds involved.
